ZACH is thrilled to be part of the ACHAP Secretariat EDs Retreat with 27 other delegates from 13 countries including Kenya, Uganda, Cameroon, South Africa, Zambia, Malawi, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Chad, the USA, Lesotho, Rwanda, and Nigeria. The retreat was held in Victoria Falls this month (February 2025).

The retreat focused on the following key objectives: Overview of Health Systems in Sub-Sahara Africa; Addressing Governance and Leadership Challenges in Faith-Based Health Systems; Ensuring Compliance with laws, donors, guidelines, and organizational policies; Preparing for the Digital Age and disruptive technologies in Faith-Based Health Systems; Enhancing Member Value through effective management and support; Strengthening Advocacy in Faith Health Systems and Reimagining the Future with strategic visioning for ACHAP and CHAs.
